Set up on the hillside hidden amongst hundreds of olive trees with panoramic views across to the mountain peaks of Albania and out to a glistening expanse of the Ioanian sea, Villa Khaleesi offers an exclusive 5-day Yoga and Pilates retreat to 8 guests.

Guests enjoy daily sessions, replenish on exquisite Greek infused dishes and have plenty of time to relax and explore the enchanted island.

THE PERFECT LOCATION

The luxurious villa comprises of four beautiful ensuite bedrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen living room and a breathtaking infinity pool – an idyllic setting to unwind and reset away from our hectic lives.

The location is perfect. It’s a mere 15-minute meander down through the olive trees to the coast where you will find stunning beaches and fun tavernas to have a drink or delicious food.

FEEL AT EASE

This week is all about you and whatever you want it to be! There is a packed schedule, but you are free to join in with as many classes, walks, excursions, boat trip and outings as you like. If you wish to miss any classes and simply switch off and relax then that is completely up to you, this is your time.

£1,570 per person Double Room (sharing a room with one other)

  • 5 nights and 5 days at a luxury villa. Ensuite room with all housekeeping services included at no extra cost
  • 2 nutritional main meals and healthy snacks per day including smoothies and juices. All the dishes are inspired by Greek Cuisine and prepared by the magnificent Chef Lara (see bio below)
  • 1 hour plus of Yoga & Meditation everyday
  • 1 hour plus of Pilates, Barre or Functional Movement everyday
  • Walking and hikes along the infamous Corfu Trail with breathtaking views of the mountains and coast
  • Transportation to and from the Airport
  • Optional boat trip along the beautiful eastern coast stopping at hidden gems for yoga/pilates, refreshments and a swim. There is an additional charge of approx £150 total (£25pp) extra to cover the boat and lunch

Milly Harrison

Milly is currently residing in the Swiss Alps where she teaches yoga and meditation and is training to become a Holistic Health Coach.

Like many, Milly came to yoga with a fitness approach in mind but felt immediately struck by the transformative qualities that the practice has to offer, both mentally and physically. She has completed 570 hours of training qualifications in different styles, including Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Yin, and longs to share her passion for yoga, and the amazing benefits that it can have.

Her teaching is creative and uplifting, and her classes will help you heal, strengthen and detoxify the mind and body.

Louise Buttler

Louise Buttler is the owner of LB Pilates studio and a passionate advocate of the physical and mental changes Pilates can bring. Louise holds a Diploma from Polestar Pilates, STOTT Pilates and Active IQ.

With Her high-grade technical knowledge, modern approach and science-based techniques Louise thoughtfully assesses the whole person to offer highly individualised Pilates instructions that are suitable for all stages of life, including everyday function, rehabilitation from injury or surgery, pre and postnatal Pilates and support for professional athletes.

She has always loved working with people and is excited to share her passion of Pilates and create a haven whereby all her clients feel safe and at total ease.

Lara Rodgers

Lara believes the secret to an unforgettable meal is finding the very best produce and celebrating its natural flavour.

Lara has worked all over the the world, but her training began at Ballymaloe in Ireland, before being furthered at The Ritz, London.

Lara realises that our food should nourish, energise and excite us, meaning that vibrant, light but satisfying creations are what she does best. The Corfu markets are brimming with the island’s produce, so Greek classics will sit beside her own inspired recipes for brunches, savoury teas and suppers that will fuel your days and unwind your evenings.

Covid message

We are of course very aware of the current situation regarding Covid-19 and would like to assure you of a few things. Firstly, if we are unable to go ahead with the retreat then we will issue full refunds to everyone. Secondly, all of the mats and equipment being used are brand new, and you will each be assigned your own one to use throughout the duration of your stay to avoid any cross-contamination. Thirdly, the villa will be cleaned every day to the highest standard, including all bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the communal areas.

Louise and Milly were amazing hosts and instantly made you feel relaxed and at home in the villa. Alongside this, our chef for the week, Lara, created some of the most beautiful & wholesome food I have ever eaten using all the fresh produce that Corfu has to offer (the Greek feast night was a personal favourite) – if only I could eat like that every day! I genuinely felt like a new person by the end of the 5 days and could not recommend more highly!

  • Fabulous retreat. It had the perfect balance of relaxation & activity, all tailored to us & our preferences. Milly & louise are incredibly accommodating hosts and extremely knowledgable teachers. Their classes felt very personal and available, which partnered with free time by the pool in the afternoons & a trip on a boat, meant the days were just perfect. The villa was better than the photographs, and Lara (the retreat’s very talented in-house chef) cooked the most delicious, nutritious food daily all with a local greek hint underpinning the menus. The only bad thing about the whole trip was it was simply too short! I didn’t want to come home. Thank you Khaleesi Retreats, can’t wait to come back!
