Louise will go through any medical history, concerns and injuries, before assessing your posture, overall strength and flexibility. You’ll get moving straight away and see what the hype is all about.
We offer bespoke pre and postnatal programmes to prepare you for pregnancy and birth, followed by recovery to get you ready for the physical and mental demands of parenthood.

Louise will create a tailored programme to help with the constant stress on your posture from your ever-growing bump.
Sessions will focus on arm strength to help with feeding and carrying the baby, leg strength for the birth and the bending and lifting a new mum has to do, pelvic and lower back stability and muscle balancing to reduce any pelvic stability issues that may arise, breathing exercises, pelvic floor strength and muscle control, and gentle spinal stretches.
Louise will design a unique programme to support your recovery and strengthen the core muscles which were weakened during pregnancy.
The exercises will concentrate on the core muscles and the working relationship between the abdominals, back, diaphragm and pelvic floor to help prevent low back pain, incontinence, improve posture and strengthen weak abdominals. This is all vital for performing the everyday activities with your baby which new motherhood demands.
