    Great job. But I’ve got to be honest and say not really “beginner” in the fitness sense. Really simple moves, but if Jos is straining, imagine how those of us who are just trying to get in shape for the first time feel! Lol. Maybe offer some additional modifications as you go for injuries or ability levels 🙂
