Not a fan of this session! My discs don’t slide very well and my feet are always coming off them – any tips? I don’t have tiled or smooth wood floors so having to do on carpet!

This is so difficult. Testing my balance – and failing!
Found that really tough! Also felt like I was feeling in more in my quads rather than glutes- I’m going to guess my alignment was off?
Love the disc sessions – this was a proper burner! Had to pause a couple of times but hoping to work on this 🙂

Good core workout too as discs create instability which makes you tighten the core to maintain poses.
